糖尿病视网膜病变的临床分析 被引量:10

摘要 随机选择130例糖尿病(DM)患者,根据眼底检查结果分为DR组和NDR组,分析病程、空腹血糖、血脂、高血压、合并糖尿病肾病(DN)几个因素。结果:DR发生率65.39%。主要与病程、空腹血糖、血脂有关。结论:病程越长,空腹血糖越高,总胆固醇(T-Ch)和低密度脂蜜白胆固醇(LDL-C)越高,DR发生率越高。
