摘要
目的建立小柴胡颗粒中柴胡皂苷b2含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,phenomenexLuna色谱柱,以乙腈-0.2%二乙胺(35:65)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长254nm。结果柴胡皂苷b2线性范围0.3632~3.6320μg,R2=1.00;平均加样回收率为102.2%,RSD为2.5%。结论该方法准确、稳定,重现性好,可用于小柴胡颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of saikosaponin b2 in Xiaochaihu Granules. Methods HPLC was performed on Phenomenex Luna column. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile -0.2 % diethylamine (35 : 65). The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of saikosaponin be was within 0.3632-3.6320 μg, R2=1.00. The average recovery was 102.2%, and RSD=2.5 %. Conclusion The established method is simple, stable and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Xiaochaihu Granules.
