摘要
目的:优选出分离纯化柴胡总皂苷和姜黄素的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用紫外分光光度法以柴胡总皂苷为指标测定柴胡皂苷的含量,优选出最佳分离纯化条件。结果:DM130树脂对柴胡总皂苷和姜黄素的分离纯化最优,以3BV/h吸附速率吸附,4BV80%乙醇以4BV/h的流速进行洗脱效果最佳,柴胡总皂苷以柴胡皂苷a计精制度为516.62%,纯度为18.03%。姜黄素精制度为433.33%。结论:DM130大孔吸附树脂可用于柴胡郁金提取液中总皂苷和姜黄素的精制。
Objective : To optimize the technological parameter of separation and purification of the total saponins Radix Bupleuri and curcumin. Methods : With the extraction rate of the total saponin of Radix Bupleur as the assessment index, the optimized technological parameter of separation and purification was selected by UV Spectrophotometry. Results: DM130 was found to provide the best fit of separation and purification,take the best condition of 3BV/h current velocity, 80 % ethanol as the eluting reagent, and the eluting velocity was 4 BV/h. This method made the saponins total Radix Bupleuri have a refined degree of 516.62% and purification of 18.03% ,it also made the curcumin have a refined degree of 433.33%. Conclusion: DM130 resin could be used to refine the saponins total Radix Bupleuri and curcumin.
