摘要
目的观察通栓汤结合赛百纤溶酶治疗急性脑梗塞的临床治疗效果。方法选择脑梗塞急性期患者84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者根据病情均给予常规的脑梗塞治疗及赛百注射用纤溶酶治疗,治疗组在以上治疗的基础上加用自拟通栓汤口服,于治疗前及治疗后2周评价中医证候积分及神经功能缺损积分,并测定两组治疗前后纤维蛋白原、血脂水平。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且其中医证候积分、神经功能缺损程度评分、纤维蛋白原、血脂水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论采用通栓汤结合赛百纤溶酶对改善脑梗死急性期中医证候积分、神经功能缺损、血浆纤维蛋白原、血脂水平有明显优势,从而明显地提高脑梗塞的治疗效果,改善患者的生存质量。
Objective observing the clinical curative effect of decoction for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction thrombus binding of plasminogen .Methods 84 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction , randomly divided into treatment group and control group , two groups of patients according to disease were treated with conventional treatment of cerebral infarction and subway injection of plasmin in treatment of foundation , treatment group in the above treatment combined with self thrombus decoction , before treatment and after treatment in the TCM Syndromes of 2 week evaluation score and the score of neural function defect , and the determination of the two groups before and after treatment, blood lipid level of fibrinogen .Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （P＆lt;0.05）, and Integral of TCM syndromes , the score of neurological deficits , fibrinogen, blood lipid level is significantly lower than the control group （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The binding of plasminogen have obvious advantages to improve the TCM syndrome of acute cerebral infarction , neural function defect score , plasma fibrinogen , blood lipid levels of thrombus soup , so as to improve the treatment effect of cerebral infarction , improve the quality of life of patients .
