摘要
[目的]探讨儿童1型糖尿病酮症酸中毒的急救护理要点。[方法]对12例儿童1型糖尿病酮症酸中毒病人急救过程进行有效的补液、小剂量胰岛素静脉输注,及时心理护理、饮食及运动指导。[结果]经过积极的治疗并配合护理干预,病人血糖控制良好,酮体转阴后未再反复。[结论]加强1型糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿的护理有利于预后。
Objective:To probe into the emergency care points of children with type 1diabetes ketoacidosis.Methods:A total of 12cases of children with type 1diabetes ketoacidosis received effective rehydration,low-dose insulin infusion,timely psychological care,diet and exercise guidance during emergency care.Results:After effective treatment and active nursing intervention,the patients' blood glucose was controlled well,and the ketone bodies reduced to negative and didn't repeat.Conclusion:Careful,patient and overall care plays a vital role in rehabilitation of children with type 1 diabetes ketoacidosis during the whole treatment.
