摘要
目的 探讨益气活血方对髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的预防作用. 方法 收集2008 年1 月～ 2012 年12 月,接受手术治疗的髋部骨折患者106 例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各53 例,对照组常规应用低分子肝素钙治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以益气活血方口服,比较两组的凝血功能指标、DVT 及不良反应发生率.结果 两组治疗后FIB 以及D-Dimer 均显著降低,PT 及APTT 均显著延长,观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）;观察组的DVT 发生率为3.77%,显著低于对照组的16.98%;观察组的不良反应发生率为0,与对照组的3.77% 差异无统计学意义（P 〉 0.05）.结论 益气活血方可显著改善髋部骨折手术患者的凝血功能,预防术后DVT 发生,不良反应少,值得推广应用.
Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Fang on deep venous thrombosis（ DVT）of lower extremity after surgery for hipfracture. Methods 106 cases of hip fracture patients underwent surgery from January 2008 to December 2012 were randomly divided into observationgroup and control group, 53 cases in each group.The control group received low molecular weight heparin treatment, the observation group received orallyYiqi Huoxue Fang on the basis of control group, the coagulation parameters, the incidence of DVT and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the FIB and D-Dimer in the two groups were significantly lower, PT and APTT were significantly prolonged. Observation groupand control group was significant difference（ P 〈 0.05）;the incidence of DVT in observation group was 3.77%,significantly lower than16.98% in thecontrol group ; the adverse reaction incidence of observation group was0.0%, which had no significant difference with 3.77% in the control group（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Fang can significantly improve the coagulation function of patients undergoing hip fracture, prevent the occurrence ofpostoperative DVT, and has less adverse reactions. It should be widely applied.
