护理人员是医院员工的重要组成部分,护理绩效管理是医院管理的重要一环,由于统计量大、工作复杂、分散,历来是医院绩效管理的难点。本文结合移动护理系统的应用,探讨实现护理绩效精细化管理的方法。
Nursing personnel is an essential part of hospital personnel and their performance management is important for hospital management. It has been the hospital management difficulty as it is complex and includes plenty of statistic work. This article discussed the methods that could achieve refined nursing performance management by combining the application of mobile nursing system.
