摘要
当前云南省地方高师院校大学生就业能力的培养存在注重学业知识的传授、轻视实践能力培养的问题;就业能力的培养缺乏系统性、全程性和专业性;就业教育内容过于简单化、和学生缺乏对自身就业能力培养的意识的主观能动性问题。地方高师院校大学生就业能力的培养是一个系统性长期的过程,需要政府、高校、用人单位和企业以及学生多方面的共同努力。
Currently, the existing main problems are focus on the imparting academic knowledge, despise the cultivation of practice ability;The cultivation of employment ability lacks systematic, complete and professionalism;And students lack of awareness of their employment ability training and so on. Develop local normal colleges and universities students’ employability is a systemic and long-term process. it needs the government, universities, enterprises and students work together in many aspects.
