摘要
河北省县域产业集群面临转型升级,必须加强人才的引进与培养。目前河北省县域产业集群的人才状况并不乐观,主要表现为人才总量少,分布不均衡,结构比例失调,企业普遍存在"重使用,轻培养"的情况。这主要是由人才薪酬低,人才培养、激励与流动机制不健全及政府管理体制等方面原因造成的,应根据这些原因采取相应的对策。
Facing transformation and upgrading,the county industrial clusters in Hebei province should focus on the introduction and training talents. But now the talent situation of the county industrial clusters in Hebei province is not optimistic,such as lower quantity,unbalance distribution, structural imbalance and"overworking but lack of training"etc. There are many reasons for this situation such as lower salary,training mechanism,poor incentive and flow system and the low efficiency of government management system, which should be solved by corresponding countermeasures.
