摘要
金融业为县域产业集群的升级与持续发展提供重要的资金支持。文章运用产业集聚外部效应理论,分析了县域产业集群企业金融需求的层次、内容、特点以及产业集聚对集群内中小企业融资的影响,指出金融业应针对集群企业外部集聚效应的金融需求特点,构建适合县域经济发展特点的以商业性中小金融机构为主、政策性金融机构为辅的金融组织框架,以推动县域经济快速发展。
Financial services provide important funds suport to the upgrading and sustamable devetopment of county industrial cluster. Using the externality theory of industrial agglomeration, this paper analyses the levels, content and features of the financial demands of county industrial cluster enterprises, as well as the influnce of industrial agglomeration to SME financing within the cluster. Then it points out that according to the characteristics of financial demands of cluster enterprises ＇ external clustering effect to construct financial orgnization system with focusing on commercial-small-medium enterprises with policy financial institution to promote county economy.
