摘要
针对地铁列车牵引变流器IGBT(绝缘栅双极型晶体管)驱动电源要求性能稳定、可靠的特点,研制了基于控制芯片NCP1031反激型(Flyback)电源模块,并已通过了最后的调试。试验结果证明,此电源模块符合设计要求。
According to the requirements of stable performance and reliability of insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module in traction converters,a Flyback power module based on the characteristics of control chip NCP1031 is developed and has passed the final experiment.The testing results have proved that this power supply module could comply with the design requirements.
