摘要
平移式道岔在整体成本、制造安装、维修保养和运行安全等方面都比关节可挠型等道岔有较大的优势。平移式道岔曲线梁在单轨列车快速通过时,水平方向要承受横向力,这就要求道岔梁与支撑台车之间的连接件具有足够的强度。利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了单轨列车及平移式道岔的仿真模型。通过分析单轨列车与平移式道岔曲线梁的耦合作用力,计算出该连接件所受的最大横向力,进而为准确设计连接件的动载荷强度提供参考数据。
Compared to the joints flexible-type turnout,the sliding-type turnout firstly developed has great advantages in overall cost,manufacture and installation,maintenance and running safety.When a monorail train passes through rapidly,the camber beam of sliding-type turnout must support the transverse force in horizontal direction,which requires the connection between turnout beam and the supporting trolley to have sufficient strength.In this paper,a simulation model of monorail train and sliding-type turnout is establkished by using the dynamics simulation software-ADAMS,and through an analysis of the coupling force between straddle-type monorail train and sliding-type turnout,the biggest transverse force in horizontal direction that the connection bears could be calculated,this research provides some reference data for design of connection with accurate dynamic load strength.
