摘要
采用微波辅助方法提取杏鲍菇多糖.以正交实验的方法,从微波温度、微波功率和提取时间考察杏鲍菇多糖的提取率;通过肾上腺素诱导的高血糖模型和糖耐量实验考察杏鲍菇多糖的降血糖作用.结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为微波温度80℃、微波功率700W、提取时间10 min,此工艺条件多糖提取率为12.83%.杏鲍菇多糖能降低肾上腺素和葡萄糖所致的高血糖,有降血糖作用.
Extracting mushroom polysaccharides using microwave-assisted method. To optimize the rate of extraction of polysaccharides from mushroom by orthogonal experiment design. We also study the hypoglycemic action by adrenaline model experiment and glucose tolerant test. The results indicated that tile optimized extraction condition was microwave temperature 80℃, microwave power 700W and extraction time 10min, under such conditions,the rate of extraction was 12.83%. The mushroom polysaccharides has hypoglycemic effect on mice induced by adrenaline and glucose.
