白灵菇、杏鲍菇、阿魏菇多糖体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:69

Study on antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from Pleurotus.Nebrodensis,Pleurotus.eryngii and Pleurotus.ferulae

摘要 以热水浸提、乙醇沉淀的方法,分别从白灵菇、杏鲍菇、阿魏菇子实体中提取多糖。通过水杨酸法检测多糖提取物对羟基自由基(.OH)的清除作用、对邻苯三酚自氧化系统产生的超氧阴离子自由基(O-2.)的清除作用、还原力的测定以及在模拟胃液条件下对NO-2清除实验,对三种不同来源的多糖进行了体外抗氧化活性研究,结果表明:白灵菇、杏鲍菇、阿魏菇多糖提取物均具有较强的体外抗氧化性能,且随着多糖浓度的增大,其抗氧化活性逐渐增强。白灵菇对羟基自由基(.OH)的清除能力最强,杏鲍菇次之,阿魏菇最弱;杏鲍菇对超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)的清除能力最强,白灵菇次之,阿魏菇最弱;在还原力以及对NO-2清除方面,白灵菇均表现为最强、杏鲍菇次之,阿魏菇则表现得最差。 The polysaccharides of Pleurotus. Nebrodensi, Pleurotus. eryngii and Pleurotus. ferulae fruit body were extracted with hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation method. Antioxidant activity of the polysaccharides from Pleurotus. Nebrodensis, Pleurotus. eryngii and Pleurotus. ferulae fruit body was studied by several experiments, including the salicylic acid method,the self oxidation method of pyrogallol,reducing power measure and the method of eliminating of NO2- in mimic gastric juice. The results showed the polysaccharides extracted from Pleurotus. Nebrodensis, Pleurotus. eryngii and Pleurotus. ferulae fruit body all had strong antioxidant properties in vito. And with the concentration of polysaccharides increasing, its antioxidant activity gradually become strong. For the capacity of scavenging hydroxyl radical ( · OH) by three different polysaccharides, Pleurotus. Nebrodensis showed the strongest, followed by Pleurotus. eryngii and Pleurotus. ferulae the weakest. In the experiment of scavenging superoxide anion radical (O2- · ), Pleurotus. eryngfi had the strongest power, Pleurotus. Nebrodensis the second and Pleurotus. ferulae was the weakest. In the reducing power measure and eliminating of NO2-, Pleurotus nebrodensis showed the strongest, followed by Pleurotus eryngii, Pleurotus. ferulae were in the worst performance.
