摘要 介绍了2180冷轧机弯辊系统的构成及功能,结合现场对弯辊系统常见的故障以及程序设计的缺陷等问题进行了分析;采用增加连锁条件、预警模型等相应的措施。很好的解决了现场的弯辊故障,并且保证相关联设备的使用寿命,预防重大设备事故的发生。 In the 2080 on-line rolling mill,problems and failures often occurred in bending system and programming. This paper focus on the structural characteristics of the roll bending system,analyzed the reasons to those fault,then relative measures of chain condition and the mathematical model are put forward,which solved the on-line bending system fault,as well as protect the service life of associated equipment and preventing major equipment accident.
