摘要
对板带轧机弯窜装置的功能组成和目前较为主流的固定式和活动式弯窜装置的设备结构进行介绍,分析了两种弯窜机构中弯辊缸、窜辊缸、锁紧缸、导向机构、轧辊轴承等关键部件的受力和结构特点以及对部件寿命和设备维护的影响,为从事相关设备设计和设备管理工作提供借鉴和参考。
This paper introduces the functional composition of roll bending-shifting device of strip mill and the mechanical structure of the fixed and movable roll bending-shifting device,analyses the influence of the load and structural characteristics of the key components such as bending cylinder,the shifting cylinder and the locking cylinder in the two kinds of roll bending-shifting device,and the influence on the maintenance and the service life of the key components,provides referencef or mill equipment designing and maintenance management.
