摘要
基于五脏相关学说阐述冠心病分期论治的思路与特点。冠心病的主病之脏为心,但与肝、脾、肺、肾四脏的生理病理及病证密切相关,应针对其发生、发展过程中不同时间和层次上的病理改变进行辨证分型,将冠心病分为形成期、稳定期、终末期3个阶段分别论治。
The ideas and features of staging treatment for coronary heart disease（CHD） were discussed on the basis of Five Zang Viscera-Related Theory. CHD was mainly located in the heart but closely related to the liver, spleen, lung and kidney. Syndrome differentiation should be conducted according to the pathological changes at different times and levels during the occurrence and development. CHD could be treated by three stages such as formation, stabilization and end-stage
