摘要
目的归纳和探讨刘红旭教授治疗稳定性冠心病的用药及组方规律。方法通过筛选、收集刘红旭教授门诊病历建成数据库,使用中医传承辅助平台软件进行数据挖掘,以客观分析其治疗经验。结果筛选出治疗稳定性冠心病中药处方2485首,得出高频性味归经、中药和药对,核心药物组合及三首潜在新方。结论刘红旭教授治疗稳定性冠心病时常用"参元益气活血方"为基础,并用"瓜蒌薤白半夏汤""小陷胸汤""泻肺利水方"等随症加减,为中医药治疗稳定性冠心病提供指导。
Objective To summarize and discuss Professor Liu Hongxu’s medication and prescription rules for stable coronary artery disease.Methods The outpatient medical records of Professor Liu Hongxu were screened and collected to build a database,and data mining was carried out using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform software to objectively analyze his treatment experience.Results 2485 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of stable coronary artery disease were screened out,and three potential new prescriptions,high-frequency taste regression,traditional Chinese medicine and drug pair,core drug combination and three potential new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion Professor Liu Hongxu often used"Shenyuan Yiqi Huoxue Decoction"as the basis for the treatment of stable coronary artery disease,and used Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction,Xiao Xianxiong Decoction,"Xiefei Lishui Decoction",to provide guidance for the treatment of chronic coronary artery syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine.
