摘要
介绍一种椭圆形的鱼罐头机器人装箱生产线的结构。采用基于PLC控制的机械手进行取罐、取隔层纸、放罐和放隔层纸等功能实现装箱,充分利用机械手的多功能性,通过对装箱的工作原理和流程进行优化,实现装箱的高度自动化,经过调试,机器人装箱生产线的速度达到20箱/min。
A structure of elliptic canned fish automatic packing production line, the manipulator based on PLC control to take cans, every layer of paper taking, paper feed tank and barrier functions such as packing, and made full use of the versatility of the manipulator. By optimizing on the principle and the process, the loading process was highly automated, and after debugging, the robot production line reached the rate of 20 cases per minute.
