摘要
传统的自动控制装置在机械手控制过程中,由于可靠性差、故障多、维修困难等原因,已经不能满足机械手控制的需求.以多关节机械手为研究对象,采用西门子S7-200可编程控制器(PLC)对其电机驱动装置进行顺序控制,可以较好的解决这一问题,文章详细讨论了多关节机械手系统的机械结构、工作原理及PLC系统控制,给出了PLC控制中若干关键问题的解决方案,实践证明,该控制系统有效地提高了系统的抗干扰能力,实现了系统的智能化和柔性化.
The traditional control devices in manipulator control process, because of their poor reliability, fault, maintenance problems and other reasons, can no longer meet the demand for control of the manipulator. A manipulator for multi-joint study with Siemens S7-200 programmable logic controller (PLC) on the motor drive sequence control devices, can be used to solve this problem. The article discusses in detail the multi-joint mechanical manipulator system structure and working principle and PLC control system is presented in the PLC control of a number of key issues. Solution practice has proved that the control system has effectively improved the ability of anti-jamming system to make the system intelligent and flexible.
