摘要
目的探讨医院感染知识培训在提高医务人员无菌技术操作水平的作用,以降低医院感染发生率。方法选择2009年2月-2012年12月的641名医务人员为研究对象,对其进行系统化的医院感染知识培训,培训内容包括环境护理、用药控制、器械管理、消毒处理等,培训中首先制定培训计划和培训目标,然后通过集中讲解、重点辅导、实践应用等多种形式开展培训管理,培训后所有医务人员均进行结业考核。结果在接受系统化医院感染知识培训后,医务人员考核成绩以及实际操作成绩较培训前有显著提升,同时医院感染发生率显示,由2009年的1.26%下降至2012年的0.43%,医护人员的无菌操作意识及操作技能明显提高。结论对医护人员进行系统化、科学的医院感染知识培训有利于提高其无菌技术操作水平,有效改善患者预后。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the role of hospital infection knowledge training in improving the level of nursing students in aseptic techniques to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections .METHODS From Feb 2009 to Dec 2012 ,614 medical workers were selected as the research objects for conducting the hospital infection sys-tematic knowledge training .The training contents included environmental care ,medication control ,equipment management ,disinfection treatment ,etc .In the training ,the training plans and training objectives were developed first , and then the training management was conducted focusing on explanation , coaching and practical application .The medical workers that received the training all attended the completion assessment .RESULTS After receiving the systematic knowledge training on hospital infections ,the medical workers′examination results and the actual operating results were significantly improved ,compared with those in the pre-training period . Meanwhile ,the incidence of hospital infection showed that it reduced from 1 .26% in 2009 to 0 .43% in 2012 .The medical workers improved both aseptic awareness and operational skills significantly . CONCLUSIONS The systematic ,scientific hospital infection knowledge training for medical workers will help improve their level of aseptic techniques ,which can effectively improve the prognosis of patients .
