摘要
目的了解北京市朝阳区某街道的老年人常见疾病,为社区卫生服务中心有针对性的开展工作提供科学依据。方法选取2012年11月1日-2012年12月31日社区卫生服务中心免费体检的老年人(65岁以上常住居民)健康档案资料,均为常住该街道所辖14个社区1039老年人,其中男性392人、女性647人。对其体检资料进行统计分析。结果辖区参加体检的老年人中主要诊断前三位的是高血压、冠心病、骨关节病,其现患率分别为48.89%、23.10%、21.85%。参加体检的老年男性中现患疾病前3位的是高血压、脑供血不足、气管炎,其现患率分别为63.52%、31.89%、26.53%。参加体检的老年女性中主要诊断前3位的是高血压、骨关节病、冠心病,其现患率分别为40.03%、25.50%、24.89%。社区老年居民患病基本以慢性非传染性疾病为主,但不同性别老年人患病率有所不同。结论社区健康档案对于监测社区居民疾病具有重要作用,应注重社区健康档案的建立和充分利用,改进社区医疗卫生服务水平。
Objective To understand the Beijing Chao yang District Street elderly disease spectrum, to provide scientific basis for the community health service center. Methods Selecting physical examination data of health archives of 1039 elderly（permanent residents aged more than 65 ） who were taken free physical examination in the center of the community health service from 14 community （male 392, female 647） from November 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012. And then analyzing the physical examination data. Resuhs The top three common diseases are hypertension, coronary heart disease, osteoarthritis. The current rates were 48.89%, 23.10% and 21.85% respectively. The three top common diseases in elderly men were high blood pressure, insufficient blood supply, tracheitis. The current rates were 63.52%, 31.89% and 26.53% respectively. The three top common diseases in elderly female were High blood pressure, osteoarthrosis, coronary heart disease. The current rates were 40.03%, 25.50% and 24.89% respectively. Elderly residents in the community has chronic non infectious diseases, but different gender morbidity is different. Conclusion Community health profile has an important role for disease surveillance. We should focus on the establishment of health records and make full use of it, improve community health service level.
