摘要
目的:观察环形间断缝合术在前置胎盘剖宫产出血中的止血效果。方法:选取2018年1月到2013年12月收治的前置胎盘剖宫产患者90例,随机平均分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予宫腔纱条,研究组应用环形缝合进行出血区的上下两行的间断缝合进行止血,比较两组的止血效果。结果:研究组术中出血量、输血量、手术时间、住院天数以及止血时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:环形间断缝合术可以降低患者术中出血量,缩短手术时间,缩短患者住院时间,且术后并发症少。
Objective:To study the hemostatic effect of interrupted circular suture in placenta previa during cesarean section.Methods:90cases of patients placenta previa used cesarean section in 2018 January to 2012 December in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,the control group received intrauterine gauze while the study group used the two line of in-terrupted suture by circular suture on bleeding area for hemostasis,hemostatic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperatve blood soss and transfusion,operation time,hospitalization time and bleeding time of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);Postoperative complications of the study group was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interrupted circular suture can reduce the volume of hemorrhage during the operation,shorten operation time,reduce the length of hospital stay,and has a little postoperative complication.
