摘要
目的探讨前置胎盘剖宫产大出血术中不同止血方式的临床疗效。方法将64例前置胎盘剖宫产患者随机分为环形间断缝合术组及宫腔填纱术组，并比较两种止血方式的临床疗效。结果环形间断缝合术组术中出血量、止血时间及手术时间均少于宫腔填纱术组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组的术后并发症发生率及子宫切除率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论环形间断缝合止血法操作简单，手术时间短，术中出血量少，止血效果可靠，是控制前置胎盘剖宫产术中止血的有效治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the hemostasis effect of different hemostasis ways in placenta previa caesarean bleeding. Methods Sixty - four caesarean section patients with placenta previa were randomly divided into two groups, the ring - shaped interrupted suture group and uterine cavity filling yarn surgery group, and the clinical hemostasis efficacy of the two methods were compared retrospectively. Results The amount of blood loss, operative time, hemostasis time of the ring - shaped interrupted suture group were all less than those in uterine cavity filling yarn surgery group, there were significant differences between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statisti- cal difference in incidence of post - operative complications and hysterectomy rate between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Ring- shaped interrupted suture is simple, rapid and effective in treatment of placenta previa cesarean bleeding.
