摘要
目的观察和分析康复训练与药物联合对脑卒中偏瘫后患者继发性骨质疏松的预防作用。方法选择2010年6月—2012年6月本院住院治疗的120例脑卒中后偏瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组在常规疗法基础上应用康复运动训练进行治疗,观察组在对照组疗法基础上联合应用鲑降钙素、碳酸钙D3片进行抗骨质疏松药物治疗,检测和比较2组患者入组时,治疗后1个月、3个月偏瘫侧股骨近端Ward三角、桡骨远端、第1腰椎骨的骨密度情况。结果 2组患者3个检测部位的入组时骨密度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗后1个月和3个月,观察组患者3个检测部位的骨密度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合应用药物与康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫后患者继发性骨质疏松可起到显著的预防作用。
Objective To observe and analyze the effects of rehabilitation training combined with drugs in prevention from secondary osteoporosis patients with hemiplegia caused by stroke. Methods 120 patients with hemiplegia caused by stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with rehabilitation training on the basis of the conventional therapy, while the patients in the observation group were treated with the combined anti - osteoporosis drugs including salmon calcitonin and calcium carbonate vitamin D3 tablets based on the therapy of the control group. The bone density of femur proximal Ward River, distal radius, first lumbar spine at hemiplegia side of research time, the first month and the third month after the treatment in the two groups were detected and compared. Results There were no significant differences in bone density of the three tested sites of patients at the research time between the two groups (P 〉 0.05), while at the first month and the third month after the treatment, the bone density of the patients in the observation group at the three sites were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The combined application of drugs and rehabilitation training to the patients with post - stroke hemiplegia can gain significant effect in prevention from the osteoporosis.
