摘要
目的探究康复指导性训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取我院进行脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗的患者38例作为研究对象。运用数字法,将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各19例。对照组进行正常的康复训练,实验组进行康复性指导训练,观察两组患者的Barthel生活能力指数以及患者的康复训练迭标率。结果实验组康复训练达标程度及Barthel生活能力指数优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论康复指导性训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复训练中取得了良好的效果。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training in rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 38 patients with stroke hemiplegia treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects. Using digital method, it was divided into experimental group and control group, 19 cases in each group. The control group received normal rehabilitation training, rehabilitation training was conducted in the experimental group. The Barthel index of life ability and the rate of rehabilitation training of two groups were observed. Results In the experimental group, the standard of rehabilitation training and Barthel living ability index were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Rehabilitation training in stroke patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation training has achieved good results.
