改性后分子筛吸附硫的性能研究

摘要 采用Y型分子筛,通过水热交换法引入金属离子,并将其用于吸附柴油中的含硫化合物。实验采用La,Ce,Ni三种不同金属离子,在85~100℃下制备金属离子改性分子筛脱硫剂。将制成的脱硫剂浸渍在直馏柴油中24h后测试硫含量。研究结果表明,采用Ni离子,在100℃的交换温度下制备的改性分子筛脱硫剂脱硫效果最好,在静态吸附条件下,脱硫率可以达到74.22%。 The sulfur compounds in diesel oil were adsorbed by a desulfurizer of metal ion-modified zeolites, which was prepared from Y zeolites, the metal ions introduced by hydrothermal exchange. The metal ion of La, Ce, Ni was used in the experiments respectively, temperature of the preparation to be from 85℃ to 100℃. The desulfurizer was impregnated into straight run diesel oil for 24 hours, then tested the sulfur content in the oil. The results showed that the optimal desulfurizer, was use of ion Ni, under temperature of hydrothermal exchange at 100℃ in the preparation, the esulfurization rate to be up to 74.22% in static adsorption.
