摘要
为了研究接收装置对电场分布和静电纺丝纤维直径及纤维毡的影响,设计3组大小不同的接收板,分别在单针头和单孔静电纺丝装置中进行对比实验,测量纤维直径和纤维毡厚度分布。采用Maxwell软件模拟单针头和单孔静电纺丝装置中电场的分布,模拟结果用于解释分析实验结果。实验和模拟结果表明,用尺寸较小接收板的静电纺丝装置得到的纤维直径较细,纤维在接收板上的分布也较均匀,这和小尺寸接收板的静电纺丝装置电场分布均匀的模拟结果相符。因此,尺寸小的接收板可以有效地改善静电纺丝纤维的接收。
An electrospinning setup with different sizes of collectors was developed to study influences on the electric field distribution,the fiber diameter and fiber mat thickness,and some contradistinctive experiments were conducted respectively in the single-needle and the single-hole electrospinning setups to measure fiber diameter and thickness distributions of fiber mats.Both single-needle and single-hole setup electric field distribution were simulated using Maxwell software,and the simulation results were used to explain the results of experiments.The results of the experiment and simulation demonstrate that more uniform electric field,fibers with smaller diameters and more uniform fiber mats can be achieved by using collectors of smaller size.Obviously,a conclusion can be drawn that collectors with small size can enhance the fiber receiving of electrospinning.
