摘要
以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,制备甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)/丙烯酸丁酯(BA)三元共聚物,并结其结构进行了红外表征。以紫外吸光度和黏度为指标,考察了不同反应条件下制得的超分散剂对钛白粉的分散效果,较佳的超分散剂合成条件是:反应时间9h,AMPS摩尔分数4%,经超分散剂分散后的白漆黏度可以达到54.2mPa·s。
With N,N-Dimethylformamide(DMF) as solvent,azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator,methyl methacrylate/2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid/butyl acrylate was synthesized and the structure of the copolymer was characterized by FT-IR.Studying UV absorbance and viscosity of dispersion results of titanium dioxide acted by hyperdispersant,which was prepared under different reaction conditions,a preferable synthesis process was got as reacting for 9 h with x(AMPS) at 4% and the viscosity after dispersion could be up to 54.2 mPa · s.
