摘要 根据辊型检测过程的特点及精度要求,提出了用反射式光纤传感器对辊型进行非接触式光电检测的方法。通过对轧辊表面反射光位置变化的精确测量,将轧辊半径的微小变化放大,并转化为与之有一定放大倍数关系的直线位移量,可实现辊型的高精度非接触式检测。根据检测原理对系统进行了软件仿真,结果表明,该方法可及时获得检测系统辊型的输出信号,并将检测数据以曲线形式自动描绘出辊型曲线。这是一种放大倍数高、成本低、易实现的高精度非接触式辊型检测方法。 According to the requirements of the feature and the measurement accuracy in roller shape detection process,a roller shape detection method is proposed,which uses reflective optical fiber sensor to do non-touch photo electricity detection for roller shape.By detecting the changes of the reflective ray position on roller's surface accurately,the tiny changes of the radius of the roller can be magnified and converted to some beeline displacement.And by measuring the beeline displacement,which is proportion to the radius of the roller,the roller shape can be measured in a non-touch distance detection method precisely.A simulation-software program is compiled with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0based on this principle.By using this simulation-software,the date of output signals of this system can be gained in time.And the curve of detection signals of the roller shape can be drawn automatically by this software. Our proposal is a non-touch high precision detection method for roller shape,providing high magnification,low cost and easy realization.
