摘要
以辊间磨损均匀为目标采用倒推计算思想,可直接一次性同时算出工作辊、支撑辊的辊型,避免了通常采用的矩阵方法中需反复迭代计算求解辊凸度的过程。经生产实践表明,该方法计算出的辊型生产效果显著。
Aiming at the roll wear homogeneity, both work roll contour and backup roll contour could be calculated at one time by adopting the idea of inverse reckon calculation. It avoided the course of repeating iterative calculation of roll crown in matrix method. The workshop practice confirmed that the method obtained good production results
