摘要
[目的]探讨时间压力和工作经验对护士风险评估和决策能力的影响。[方法]依据改良早期预警评分,编制50例情景模拟病例,每例病例含有7项体征,并对170名注册护士分别在无时间限制和有时间限制(15s)的情况下进行测试,根据信号决策理论,分析护士的风险评估能力和决策能力。[结果]有时间限制和无时间限制的情况下,护士的风险评估能力和决策能力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无时间限制的情况下,有无重症护理经验对护士的风险评估能力和决策能力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在情景模拟病例的背景中,时间压力降低了护士的风险评估和决策能力,但在时间压力下,重症护理经验对护士的风险评估和决策能力无明显影响。
Objective:To probe into the influence of time pressure and work experience on nurse's ability to risk assessment and decision-making. Methods:Based on the improved early warning score,50scenario simulation cases were prepared,each case contained seven items of signs,and 170 registered nurses were tested under condition of no time limits and under the time limit(15s),according to the signal decision theory to analyze nurse's ability to risk assessment and decision-making.Results:Under the condition of no time limits and the time limits,there was statistically significant difference in risk assessment and decision-making abilities of nurses(P<0.05);under no time limits,there was statistically significant difference in risk assessment and decision-making abilities of nurses between with and without experience in intensive care(P<0.05).Intensive care experience of nurses had no significant effect for risk assessment and decision-making abilities of them.Conclusion:In the backgroud of scenario simulation cases,time pressure reduces the risk assessment and decision-making abilities of nurses;however,under time pressure,intensive care experience has no significant influence on risk assessment and decision-making abilities of nurses.
