结球甘蓝幼苗期耐寒性鉴定 被引量:3

Identification of Cold Tolerance in Cabbage Seedling Stage

摘要 以4个结球甘蓝自交系2-1002、2-1001、R、Q2为试材,在种子萌发期和幼苗移植前期测定与耐寒性相关的生理生化指标,分析其变化规律,为结球甘蓝耐寒材料早期筛选提供理论依据。结果表明:5℃条件下种子发芽指数在各自交系间差异显著;苗期随着处理温度的降低和时间的延长,根活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性均呈先升后降的趋势;在8/-2℃处理条件下结球甘蓝在不同生理生化指标中各自交系间存在显著差异。综合评价抗寒性强弱依次为2-1002>2-1001>R>Q2,所以,可将5℃条件下的种子发芽指数和8/-2℃处理条件下的MDA含量结合起来作为结球甘蓝耐寒性鉴定的参考指标。 Four inbred lines of head cabbage:2-1002,2-1001 ,R,Q2,as the test materials,were used to measure the physiological and biochemical indexes related to cold resistance in seed germination stage and early stage of seedling transplantation, and to analyze the its change law for providing theoretical basis of screening cabbage cold resistant materials in early stages. The results showed that, the germination index of seeds varied among four inbred lines under the condition of 5 ℃ ; During the seedling stage, with the decreasing of processed temperature and time past, the traits of root activity, MDA content, SOD and POD activity showed a trend of first increase, then decrease ; Under the treatment condition of 8℃/- 2℃, the cabbage physiological and biochemical indexes varied among four inbred lines. The comprehensive evaluation of cold resistance ,from strong to weak, in proper order, was 2-1002 〉 2-1001 〉 R 〉 Q2. Therefore, the germination index under the condition of 5℃ and the MDA content under 8℃/-2℃ processing condition could be combined being a reference index for the identification of cabbage cold resistance.
