摘要
选用 P5 38为萃取剂 ,通过加入不同改良剂进行单级萃取试验 ,确定了最佳改良剂 ,并研究了 P5 38浓度、水相酸度、稀土浓度对 P5 38萃取稀土能力的影响。通过条件试验 ,找出了最佳工艺条件。采用某厂 H2 SO4体系的酸度为 0 .0 5~ 0 .5 mol/ L、含 REO0 .4~ 1.6 g/ L 的稀土废水做原料 ,经五级萃取 ,稀土回收率大于 96 %
P 538 extracting agent was used,a good reagent was found out by some single stage extraction experiments of different reagent improver,the influence of acidity and rare earth and P 538 concentration was studied.A good technology of recovering rare earth was found out.The waste water of acittle rare earth of H 2SO 4 acidity from 0 05 to 0.5mol/L and rare earth concentration from 0.4 to 1.6g/L was used,five stages extraction experiment was done,extraction yield is above 96%.
