摘要
本文通过对发酵反应器的结构原理的分析,设计出基于单片机的温度监控系统,结合模糊PID控制算法实现对温度的调控,并借助亚控组态王6.53软件的监控界面实时的显示出温度参数的状况。能够很好的监控蔬菜废弃物发酵过程的温度变化,使其实现完全的自动化,满足其行业要求。
In this paper, through analysis of the structure and principles of fermentation reactor, temperature monitoring system based on MCU was designed, it combined with the fuzzy PID control algorithm for temperature control, and with the help of sub-control configuration king 6.53 of real-time monitoring interface shows the condition of the temperature. It can monitor the temperature change of vegetable waste fermentation process, achieve full automation, meet the requirements of the industry.
