摘要
中越之间悠久的历史情谊、相通的文化联系和唇齿相依的地缘政治经济关系,构成了两国特别深厚的友好关系的基础,也是中越友谊可持续发展的重要支撑。在中越关系史上,和平的经济和文化的交流,人民之间的友好交往是发展的主流,这突出地表现为双向的互动性的特点,但两国关系也呈现恩怨纠结,友好与矛盾并存的复杂状况。以史为鉴,发展与越南的友好合作关系是一种战略考虑与战略抉择;展望未来,中国与越南的睦邻友好关系必将更上一层楼。
The deep-rooted friendly relations between China and Vietnam is based on their long history of friendship, interlinked cultural connections and mutually dependent geo-political and economic ties, which are also important for the sustainable development of Sino-Vietnam friendship. In the history of their relations, peacefhl economic and cultural exchanges and friendly people-to-people exchanges were the mainstream. This is particularly characterized by interactions between the two countries. But their relations have also encountered complex situations, such as intertwined amities and resentment, and coexistence of conflicts and friendship. In a spirit of keeping in mind the past, developing friendly and cooperative relations with Vietnam is a strategic consideration and choice. Looking to the future, the good neighborly and friendly relations between China and Vietnam is bound to scale new heights.
