摘要
在传统狭义的科技伦理观指导下,技术创新在推动经济社会大步前进的同时,也带来了严重的生态环境问题。绿色创新作为一种新范式,着眼于企业供应链的各个环节,旨在实现环境效益、经济效益和社会效益的统一。文章从理论和现实层面阐述了技术创新中伦理规制的必要性,结合国内外绿色创新实践的成功案例,构建了企业绿色创新的运行机制和提出了实现的路径。
Under the guidance of science and technology ethics in the traditional narrow sense, technological innovation promoted economic and social progress. However, it brought serious ecological and environmental problem. As a new paradigm, green innovation focuses on each link of enterprise supply chain, in order to realize economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits unification. This paper expounded the necessity of ethics regulation in technological innovation from the theoretical and practical aspects. Based on the successful green innovation practice at home and abroad, we constructed the operation mechanism of green innovation and proposed the implementation path.
