摘要
目的探讨尿干化学分析仪与UF-100尿沉渣分析仪联合应用对尿路感染的诊断价值。方法对医院2012年3-12月收治的220例尿路感染住院患者尿液分别采用尿干化学成分和尿沉渣检测及联合检测,采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果尿干化学、尿沉渣分析仪联合检测方法对亚硝酸盐阳性检出率分别为44.5%、47.3%、48.6%;3种检测方法除灵敏度比较差异无统计学意义外,联合检测组的特异度、阳性和阴性检出率及准确度分别为87.9%、87.3%、84.6%、84.5%,均明显高于尿干化学检测组和尿沉渣检测组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合检测组检测值明显优于单一方法检测组。结论尿干化学分析仪联合UF-100尿沉渣分析仪,对临床尿路感染筛检及判断尿细菌培养时的结果特异性尚未达到令人满意的程度,但在一定程度上有助于提高诊断的可预见性。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the combination value of urine dry chemistry analyzer and the UF-100 urine sediment analyzer for the diagnostic analysis of urinary tract infections. METHODS A total of 220 inpatients with urinary tract infection in our hospital from Mar. 2010 to Dec. 2012 were treated by urine analysis in urine dry chemistry analyzer and the urine sediment analyzer and combined analysis of the two ways respectively. SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS The detection ratios of positive nitrite in the three ways, urine dry chemistry analyzer, UF-100 urine sediment analyzer and combined analysis of the two ways, were 44.5%, 47.3% and 48. 6% respectively, and the test results were not significant different among the three groups. The specificity, positive and negative detection rates and accuracy of combined detection way were 87.9%, 87.3%, 84.6 % and 84.5 %, which were all significantly higher than urine dry chemical test group and the urine sediment testing group(P^0.05), and the detection value of combined detection of group results was significantly better than a single method detection group. CONCLUSIONS The results of specific clinical urinary tract infection screening and estimating urine bacteria culture by using urinary dry chemical analyzer joint UF-100 urine sediment analyzer has not yet reached a satisfactory level, but to a certain extent which contributes to improve the diagnostic predictability.
