摘要
目的评价UF-1000i尿液分析流水线对尿路细菌性感染的诊断效率。方法留取疑为尿路感染的414例患者清洁中段尿各两份,一份做细菌定量培养,结果作为标准;另一份在UF-1000i仪上检测干化学白细胞、尿沉渣白细胞计数、细菌计数,结果与前者进行对照评价。结果仪器白细胞计数、细菌计数、干化学白细胞3项联合判断与尿定量细菌培养结果对尿路感染诊断差异无统计学意义;3项联合判断尿路感染其阳性预测值为88.5%,阴性预测值为98.8%,敏感性为95.1%,特异性为97.0%,诊断准确性为96.6%。结论综合应用SYSMEX UF-1000i尿液分析仪流水线检测与中段尿细菌培养对尿路感染诊断有较好的一致性,对尿路感染的早期筛查具有重要价值。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficiency of UF-1000i urine analysis assembly line in diagnosis of urinary tract infections.METHODS A total of 414 fresh midstream urine samples from suspected urinary tract infection patients were selected and stored in two pieces,one was used for the bacterial culture,the result of which was set as the controls,while the other was used for the text of white blood cell(WBC)count,the leukocyte estrase test(LEU),or the bacterial colony count by using UF-1000i automated urine analysis assembly line.RESULTS The difference in the diagnosis of urinary tract infections is significent between the combination test of WBC count,bacterial colony cont and LEU and the result of urine quantitative bacterial culture was not statistically significant.The positive predictive value of the joint test of the three items in diagnosis of urinary tract infections was 88.5%,the negative predictive value 98.8%,the sensitivity 95.1%,the specificity 97.0%,and the accuracy 96.6%.CONCLUSIONThe comprehensive application of SYSMEX UF-1000i automated urine analysis assembly line has good consistency with traditional bacterial colony quantitative counting in the diagnosis of urinary tract infections.It has important value in the early screening of urinary tract infections.
