摘要
双体客船在海上航行时,不仅会受到纵向弯曲力矩,同时在连接桥处还会受到巨大的横向弯曲力矩和扭矩。为保证船体有足够的强度来抵抗各种外力作用,对在各种工况下航行的双体船进行强度校核显得尤为必要。采用有限元分析的方法对1艘40 m的钢制双体船进行总强度校核,通过对比全船和主船体构件的受力特点,了解该船的应力分布及上层建筑对总强度的影响。根据计算结果可知此船的结构满足规范要求,并在此情况下对结构的优化提出建议。
When sailing on the sea,the passenger catamaran are subjected to not only the longitudinal bending moment,but also the huge transverse bending moment and torque moment on the cross-structures.In order to guarantee that the hull has enough strength to resist a variety of external forces,checking the strength of catamaran under various conditions is necessary.The method of finite element analysis is used to check the strength of a 40 m steel passenger catamaran and understand the stress distribution of the ship and the influence of superstructure to the overall strength by comparing the mechanical characteristics of whole ship and main hull components.According to the results,the strength of the structure meet the requirements,and then putting forward some suggestions for the optimization of structure is necessary in this case.
