大变形软岩巷道架注锚组合承载修复技术

摘要 为解决某矿水平运输大巷反复破坏需多次维修的支护难题,经过现场调研和围岩组分测定试验,分析该巷道的变形破坏主要受巷道围岩强度低且层理发育、水理作用、围岩的扩容性和流变性等因素影响。提出了此类软岩巷道的架注锚组合承载修复技术:采用U型钢棚支护并进行U型钢棚壁后注浆,构建巷道浅部完整的承载结构,在此基础上,采用锚索加强支护构建具有一定厚度和强度的承载结构,维护巷道的长期稳定。该矿水平运输大巷修复5个月后,顶板最大下沉量230 mm,两帮最大移近量280 mm。工程实践表明,依据该修复技术制订的参数科学合理,巷道修复效果良好。 The transportation roadway was destructed repeatedly in one mine, and it required repairing many times. In order to solve the supporting difficult of the transportation roadway ,the factors that caused the deformation of the roadway including the surrounding-rock with low intensity and bedding development,muddy and swollen effects on water, the rock dilatancy and rheological property was ana- lyzed,based on on-site survey and the test of rock components determination. A kind of soft rock roadway repair technology combined with the shed,the grouting and bolting was provided. The technic of U steel shed supporting and U steel shed back-wall grouting were applied to construct the integral load-bearing construction in shallow of roadway. On this basis, the anchor cable support was applied to build a load-bearing structure with a certain thickness and strength, and to maintain the long-term stability of the roadway. After the transportation roadway in the mine has been repaired for 5 months,the roof falling value was about 230 mm and the convergence be- tween the two ribs was about 280 ram. Engineering practice shows that the parameters based on the technology was scientific and ration- al, the effect of roadway repair was good.
