摘要
以曙光煤矿集中轨道巷为工程背景,分析了围岩性质、构造应力和水理作用对底鼓的影响。结合数值模拟和工程实践分析了底板无支护时,水平应力作用下巷道周边应力分布及塑性区发育情况,阐述了巷道底鼓机理并提出治理巷道底鼓的措施,通过优化现有支护参数,提高顶板及两帮煤体的承载能力;消除水对底板的影响;增强底板岩体的强度,减少底鼓变形量。
Based on the centralized track roadway of Shuguang mine, the influences of surrounding rock properties, tectonic stress and water on floor heave were analyzed. Combined numerical simulation and engineering practice, the stress distribution, development of plastic zone were analyzed under horizontal stress when no supports were in the floor. This paper described the mechanism of the floor heave and propsed the measures to control floor heave of roadway. By optimizing the existing support parameters, the carrying capacity of coal in the roof and two sides was improved. Through eliminating the effects of water on the floor, the strength of bottom rock was consolidated and its bending deflection was controlled.
