摘要
采用不同粒径的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微粉添加到长链烷基硅油中,制成润滑膏。利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了PTFE微粉的粒径及添加量对长链烷基硅油润滑膏摩擦学性能和烧结负荷性能的影响。结果表明,微、纳米PTFE微粉既可作为长链烷基硅油的增稠剂,又可作为固体润滑剂,对长链烷基硅油润滑膏的抗磨减摩性能有一定的改善,对其烧结负荷性能有很大提高;微、纳米PTFE微粉在长链烷基硅油中的较佳质量分数分别是40%和28%。
The PTFE powder with different particle sizes was added to the long chain alkyl silicone oil to make the lubricating paste .The effects of particle sizes and addition amount of PTFE powder on the tribologi-cal properties and sintering load performance of long chain alkyl silicone oil with four ball friction and wear tester were investigated .Results show that the micro/nano PTFE powder not only can be used as a thickening agent , but also a solid lubricant .The powder improves the antiwear and antifriction of the long chain alkyl sili-cone oil lubricated paste , and greatly improves its sintering performance .The optimum mass fraction of micro/nano PTFE powder in long chain alkyl silicone oil is 40%and 28%, respectively .
