摘要
柱塞气举是一种利用储层能量推动柱塞携液的间歇式人工举升方法,具有减少液体滑脱、提高气举效率的优点。针对苏里格气田气井产能低、携液能力差,且丛式定向井较多的特点,为探索合适的排水采气工艺,在苏X区块若干定向井中开展了柱塞气举先导试验。为适应定向井特殊井身结构,改进了下井工具和施工程序,对各项工艺参数进行了优化设计。现场试验结果表明,试验井产气量和产液量均有大幅提升,油套压差明显减少,部分积液停产井成功复产,提高了最终采收率,工艺效果非常明显。柱塞气举排水采气工艺在苏X区块定向井中的成功应用,表明该工艺适用于中斜度定向井,拓宽了工艺应用范围,完善了苏里格气田排水采气技术,为气田规模有效开发提供了更有利的技术保证。
Plunger gas lift is an intermittent artificial lift method which can use reservoir energy to remove plunger with liquids from the wellbore and it has the advantages of preventing gas breaking through the slug and improving the efficiency. Based on the charaeleristies of low gas produetion, poor liquid carry, ing capacity and more direetional cluster wells, in order to explore the suitable drainage gas recovery, technology, plunger gas lift tests have been developed in some directional wells in Su X Block. In onler to adapt to the special well structure of directional well, well tools and eonstruetion procedure are improved. Meanwhile, the designs of the process parameters are optimized. Summarizing the development and evaluation of field test shows that the gas and liquid production of test well is sharply increased, the differential pressure between tubing and easing is obviously reduced, some shutdown wells due to the ae, eumulated liquids successfully resume production and the uhimate recovery is enhanced with an obvious effect. The successful appliealion of plunger gas lift for water drainage and gas reeovery in directional wells of Su X Block shows that the technique is suitable for mid--diagonal orientation wells. It broadens the application range of teehnique and perfects the water drainage and gas recovery technology in Sulige Gas Fiehl, which provides a good technical assurance tot the effetive development of gas fiehl.
