摘要
为规范企业间的经营活动,防止企业间法律纠纷的发生,根据合同管理工作的实际情况以及遇到的诉讼纠纷案例,围绕"合同的订立、合同的履行、合同的成功保障"这一主线,梳理和分析企业合同管理的前瞻性、动态性及系统性,为企业法律风险的防范工作保驾护航。
To regulate business activities among enterprises and prevent business--business legal dispute, this paper, based on practical lawsuits cases, analyzes perspectiveness, dynamic nature and systematicness in enterprise contract management around the mainline of the success in conclusion and implementation of contracts. The analysis helps the enterprise keep watch on legal risk.
