血清S100B蛋白、同型半胱氨酸动态变化对脑梗死的诊断价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨脑梗死患者血清S100B蛋白(S100B)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的动态变化及在脑梗死诊断中的临床价值。方法动态检测58例明确诊断为脑梗死的患者于起病第1、3、5、7、15、30天,3个月、半年血清S100B、Hcy水平,并与正常对照组比较。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价各指标的敏感性和特异性。分析二项指标联合检测的诊断价值。结果脑梗死患者血清S100B、Hcy浓度明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。第1、3、5、7、15、30天间Hcy水平差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。3个月及半年无重新发病者血清S100B、Hcy浓度与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。脑梗死患者血清S100B蛋白Hcy联合检测Roc曲线下面积明显大于单项检测。结论 S100B、Hcy诊断敏感的生物学指标。Hcy不能成为反映脑梗死病程的动态监测指标。
