摘要
在分析知识管理的涵义与主要内容的基础上,概述了知识管理与数字参考咨询知识服务的关系,提出将知识管理理念导入数字参考咨询知识服务,从咨询团队、知识管理技术、知识共享等方面构建应用于数字参考咨询知识服务的知识管理框架,为数字参考咨询知识服务的进一步完善提供新的思路和理念。
On the basis of analyzing implication and main content of knowledge management, this paper generalizes the relationship between the knowledge management and digital reference service, and proposes to lead the knowledge management idea into digital reference service. It constructs the knowledge management framework applied in the reference of knowledge service in the aspect of the advisory team, the knowledge management technology and the knowledge sharing, which provides the new thought and ideas for further improving knowledge service of digital reference.
