摘要
语码转换在高职英语课堂教学中起着重要作用,能促进学生对英语知识和技能的掌握。本文探讨了课堂语码转换的理论基础,教师应加强语码转换的意识性和目的性,进行必要的语码转换,以提高课堂效率。
Code-switching plays a critical role in ESL classroom teaching in higher vocational education, falling in improving students＇ mastery of English skills. The paper discusses the theoretical basis of Code-switching and proposes that ESL teacher in higher vocational college should be more conscious and purposeful while using switching codes and avoid unnecessary code- switching in order to enhance the class performance.
