摘要
为解决渤海油田深井和大位移井钻井中机械钻速慢、井下故障频发等问题,优选并试验应用了vorteX型动力导向钻井系统。该钻井系统由M WD/LWD、大扭矩井下动力总成、Filter+ Flex总成、旋转导向系统等部件组成,由顶驱系统与动力总成复合驱动下的钻头高速旋转来实现破岩,由C-Link以电磁短程通讯方式完成旋转导向系统与M WD之间的信号双向传输,再经M WD完成电信号与钻井液脉冲信号间的转换后,实现与地面收发装置间的信号双向传输。现场应用表明,该系统的总动力达到133~257 kW ,机械钻速可提高30.34%~205.06%;最大工作负荷由45kN·m降至36kN·m ,理论磨损值降至原来的1/4;日平均进尺由74m提高至160m ,节省工期153 d ,折算费用1亿5300万元。由此可知,vorteX动力导向钻井系统是旋转导向工具与大扭矩井下动力总成的有效结合,适用于深井与大位移井钻井,能显著提高机械钻速,减少井下故障的发生。
To address the problems encountered in deep well and extended reach well drilling such as low ROP and frequent severe accidents ,drilling tools research and selection were conducted and PowerDrive vorteX rotary steering system was selected .The PowerDrive vorteX rotary steering system consists of MWD/LWD , high-torque power section ,Filter+ Flex assembly and rotary steering components .Safe drilling was achieved by a high-speed bit driven by both top drive and power section of PowerDrive vorteX .Electromagnetic short-range communication method was used by C-Link in bi-direction signal transmission between rotary steering system and MWD .Electricalsignals and mud pulse signals were then transformed in MWD ,and mud pulse was used in bi-direction signal transmission between MWD and surface transmitter-receiver set .Field application showed that the rotary steering system ,with a total power of 133 -257 kW ,made a ROP improvement of 30.34% -205.06% ,a maximum workload reduction from 45 kN · m to 36 kN · m ,a friction reduction of 75% ,an daily average footage improvement from 74 m to 160 m ,saving 153 days of rig time which reduced costs up to 153 million RMB .Therefore ,the PowerDrive vorteX rotary steering system ,which effectively integrated rotary steering and high-torque power section ,is preferable for deep well and extended reach well drilling and can sig-nificantly improve ROP and reduce down hole failure .
