摘要
为了在石油钻井井下工具中相对转动的两部件间传输电能和信号,设计了一种基于电磁感应原理的非接触电能信号耦合传输装置,它可以在井下恶劣的环境中替代有线电连接和滑环连接,并提供无可比拟的可靠性。该装置通过非接触式电磁耦合将初级输入的直流电源传送到次级,为次级所连其它设备提供电源;同时为初级和次级两端连接的控制设备提供半双工双向串行数字信号通道。经实验验证,该装置在150℃的高温条件下,可以实现稳定的电能与信号传输;在输入功率300 W的条件下,功率传输效率达到70%以上,而通信误码率小于1×10^(-4)。该装置已应用于旋转导向钻井工具,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to transfer the power and signal between two parts rotated at different speed of drilling down-hole tools, a contactless power and signal transfer device is designed based on electromagnetic induction for oil well drilling, which can replace wire-line electrical connection and slip ring connection with incomparable reliability. This device transfers the input DC power of the primary side to the second-ary side to provide electrical power to the other secondary devices. And it can establish two-way half-duplex communication. The experi-ments have proved that this device can guarantee steady power and signal transfer in 150 T! environment, its horsepower transport efficiency can reach more than 70% under input power in 300 W and the communication BER( Bit Error Rate) is smaller than 1 ×10^-4. This device has been put into use in a rotary steerable system, and it has brilliant application prospects.
